About me

I am Jonan Smid, (a 21 year old) visually impaired and enthusiast allround music producer and composer. I like to write music for movies,series and games, and So now and then, I produce instrumental covers, popsongs and dubstep tracks as well. On this website, you can listen to some of the soundtracks and songs I've made, or send me a request for a custom score that matches exactly what you’re looking for.

Biography

I was born with a chronic illness that affects the kidneys as well as the eyes. This led to blindness when I was 7 years old. I always loved playing the piano, drums, or any other little instruments i cound find around the house. Later, my parents signed me up for piano lessons, which I followed for 8 years. When I turned 13, I got an electric piano that I could connect to my phone, allowing me to create simple songs in GarageBand. Later, I switched to Reaper, a daw for PC, still creating music mainly for fun and producing instrumental covers when a friend needed one for their singing-exams.
